Wigworm's metamorphosis
I have been yo-yo dieting since I can remember. Never satisfied with how I looked. Manage to loose 25 kg with a previous diet plan but picked it all up and some. After doing extensive research I am positive that Dr Cohen is what I was looking for. I want to be able to run around with my son and not worry about my weight! I do exercise at least 4 times per week with a personal trainer and my consultant advise that I monitor my hunger levels BUT agreed that I can continue to exercise. Looking forward to making memories and dropping the weight for the last time. |

Re: Wigworm's metamorphosis
Hi Wigworm,
Welcome !! Good for you for making this move. For sure, if you were already exercising prior to doing Cohens, then you can continue - but do be mindful that it is the food and not the exercise that will shed the weight. And whatever else you do, DON'T increase your exercise rate while on Cohens. Don't go for any PB's while on this reduced diet, etc. For an idea how well things can go on Cohens while exercising daily, two standouts I recall who exercised throughout were SassyK and MissNix. Find their diaries and see how they went. Koh

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |

Re: Wigworm's metamorphosis
Thanks so much Koh for your welcome! I will def keep it in mind. I did training with my personal trainer yesterday and feel like a train hit me today. So need to dial it back a bit I think.

Welcome Wigworm
How are you? You must have had your 4 weeks weigh in already... how do you feel and what’s happening with exercise? |
