So noudat ek nie meer die enigste Saffer hier is nie, kom ons kry ons forumpie weer aan die gang!

So now that I am not the only Saffer here anymore, let's get this party started again!



Februarie is die laaste somer maand so kom ons maak die beste daarvan voordat al die lekker vrugte verdwyn, en terwyl ons nog maklik ons baie water kan drink!

Ek sukkel, my kop wilnie meer saam werk nie. Wag steeds vir my refeed, maar moet nou weer 3 verloor voor ek kan begin. Die konsultant het my lelik in die steek gelaat....

Groot plesier Celeste!

Jy moet weer ten minste 7 - 10 kroekvry wees vir die beste refeed resultate. Doen wat jy moet om daar te kom Girl - jy sal daai 3 kilos heel moontlik afskud in 10 dae (mos maar meestal water wat gestoor word).

Baie dankie, ek het besluit vandag is die dag, so ek gaan nou streng bly op Cohen tot 21 Februarie, en dan 22 e begin met refeed.

Sterkte vir julle ander ook. Ek voel sommer bietjie beter vandag.

Baie bly vir jou Celeste!

Toevallig gaan ek ook baie streng bly op Cohens tot die 21ste toe - dan gaan ek kroek! My suster (so pas 30 geword) kom kuier vir my vanuit die Kaap en ek gaan haar behoorlik spoil (en seker vir myself ook). Daarna gaan ek weer my 10 dae kroekvry doen en dan ook refeed. Miskien het ons nog 'n paar dae wat oorkruis - maar ek sal jou baie beslis ondersteun!.

Hallo lyk my ek is die selfde bootjie as julle ek wil ook goed vasbyt tot di 21ste toe ....... Die 22ste is my 40ste verjaarsdag........en dan sal ek dalk n stukkie kaaskoek wil eet saam met n braaivleisie.......... Ek gaan nooit weer 40word nie en ek wil net n lekker dag he op my 30ste verjarsdag het ek huisgetrek nooit my spitbraai gehad wat ek wou nie........

Hi julle

Jissie ek sukkel!!! Probeer maar heeltyd water drink sodra ek voel die honger neem oor, maar moet omtrent in die badkamer sit.... Gelukkig weet ek dit werk en dis my enigste motivering op die stadium. Ek moet net klaar maak en refeed, wil graag nog so 4 kg verloor. Dalk moet ek deur druk tot einde Feb, en dan die 1e Maart begin refeed. Oja die vrou het my darem laat weet my refeed is 18 dae... Sterkte julle, onthou julle is nie alleen nie.

Runninggirl - dis nou of nooit Vrou - jy kan dit doen! Hou net moed! Terloops - het jy al 'n 'kaaskoekie' probeer maak met fyn provita as 'n basis; maaskaas met 'n sakkie versoeter; en 'n gesnyde kiwi vrug bo-op? Jy sal sommer voel soos 'n prinsessie!

Celeste - in die groot prentjie is 4kg baie makliker as 40kg - maar ek weet maar te goed dat die laaste 4kg 'n mens amper kan knak. Druk deur, hou moed - dit sal gebeur!

N2M ek het juis op my meal plan vir die week die kaaskoekie vir Vrydagaand. Het nogal gewonder or die pakkie versoeter, is dit so nodig of sal die mango wat ek insit dit soet genoeg maak? Ek moet net se dat ek daai FB bladsy love! Daai vroutjie is amazing!! Ekke womder hoe lank sy al klaar is met die program?

As jy nie 'n probleem het om canderal te gebruik nie, gebruik dit maar eerder - die maaskaas is nogal skerp sonder dit. Wat ek ook gebruik het gedurende my eerste keer, was sagte lae-vet ricotta kaas van Lemnos - dit lyk nogal soos maaskaas maar proe heeltemal anders - en met 'n sakkie versoeter gemeng en kaneel bo-op het dit net soos 'n melktertjie geproe. Hierdie was my gunsteling, maar 'n 250g bakkie was R46 by PnP - so ek was 'n bietjie suinig daarmee. Ek het nou onlangs weer daarvan gesien by Checkers teen omtrent R26 - regtig waar die moeite werd.

Hanlie het regtig 'n slag met die kos - ek het al van lankal af die meeste van haar resepte in PDF formaat gehad wat ons maar so onder mekaar gedeel het. Sy het seker nou onlangs die FB blad begin met dieselfde, en 'n hele paar nuwe resepte - sy is fantasties!

More al die dames! Gelukkig valentynsdag vir almal. Julle mensies wat so na aan refeed is maak my groen van jaloesie! op die goeie manier hoor! dit is vir almal wat nog op die "journey" is 'n groot motivering om te sien hoe julle julle mylpale behaal.

Baie sterkte. O ja daai kaaskoekie klink fantasties, gaan dit definitief doen om myself biekie te treat

Het toe gisteraand die kaaskoekie met mango probeer. N2M moet se dat ek daai soeterigheid gesoek het van die versoeter. De mago het gehelp maar mens het nogsteeds die maaskaas geproe. Ekt vir my man ook ene gemaak maar heuning by gesit om bietjie soeter te maak. Hy het dit gelove!!
