Default Vitamins are making me a little ill any suggestions?

Hello,

I am in my second weeek of the program and have only taken vitamins maybe 4 days of the 13 I have done. The reason is when I take them I have ummmm lets say uncomfortable bowl movement that hits me suddenly and I have to rush to a toilet. When I don't have them that doesn't happen? Has this been happening to ther people is it something that will pass?

Check whether they have gluten or yeast in them....I was taking Cenovis for a few days and found a similar thing.

Hi Annimen,

I had been using the Cenovis ones and I checked that they didn't have the ingredients that cohens says they should'nt have. I am not sure what to do either I may try the Blackmores multi maybe? see how that goes pr get the cohens ones from the clinic ?

Anyone else out there have any comments on this one, I really want to take them especially the fish oil my consultant said it helps with skin elasticity !

Hi

I rang the clinic and they said natures own, bioglan or their own ones and i think blackmores so they are all okay to use.

Just have to keep trying ones that do not make us sick, i did not have one yesterday and no tummy ache so really dont know what to do.

HI Suzie

It may be worth making sure you're not sensitive to 2 main culprits here... One is evening primrose oil and the other is senna...I'm not sure if they're in the vitamins.

Sensitivity to both has the same symptoms you're talking about

Hi Suzie,
I didn't think we were supposed to take fish oil.... I use evening primrose to get essential oils.
I'm pretty sure the cenovis have gluten and yeast - at least the ones I took did.

I still haven't gotten any new vitamins yet but I guess I really should I have noticed my skin gets really dry in some areas, could this be the reason why? About the fish oil thats what my consultant hand wrote onmy guide ? I will call in and double check that one
