Default New Year 2019

Happy New Year to Administrators, Moderators, Forumites

It is now more than 13 years since I bought my first Cohen's Weight Loss Program and more than 12 years since I have been part of this Forum

It seems like such a long time to have Dr Cohen in my life but hey! that's the way it goes I guess - lose weight and gain a whole community.

To everyone starting on, working through or completed, a Cohen's Program - including Koh who is just an innocent bystander but without whom this Forum would not be the same - I wish you all a long, lean and Happy New Year 2019 and let is make this the best year yet for achieving our Goal Weight and our best year yet for maintaining our Goal Weight

Lotsa love and please continue to share your inspirational stories of amazing and healthy weight loss

Happy New Year
Kristine

Hi Kristin, did you go for another blood test or you used the same diet you did back in 2006???

Hello Diana

Welcome to the Forum!

I bought a new program in 2017 through the Melbourne Clinic and am using that again for this 2019 review. As I am not under supervision through the Clinic I am not having blood tests done.

As I will be on the program for more than two weeks I will need to do Refeed when I reach Goal Weight and will then use the 2017 Refeed Program.

The Eating Plan between 2006 and 2017 was quite different. A lot had happened in 11 years, and I wanted to make sure I was getting the best results for my efforts. It was worth the money to get a new program and to also get the support and expertise of the Consultants over that six month period.

At their own offer, they also extended support for three months past Refeed which I really appreciated.

So the short answer is:

New Program 2006,complete with blood tests and Clinic support
New Program 2017,complete with blood tests and Clinic support
2017 program being used in 2019, no Clinic involvement or blood tests.

Lotsa love
Kristine
