Wow, you are a real star! What a motivator, I mean not only have you successfully done this before, you have maintained your weight. The really awesome thing was to recognise that you needed help to get thing back under control. You are my hero, sharing that you can be successful for a long time. You are in control and I'm gonna be like that too!

Good on you Jazz.... Yes you can lose the weight, and it is possible to maintain.

I've gained some fluid overnight. I didn't keep my water intake up yesterday, and I think that some of my meat might have had hidden salt in it. Anyway, I've put on 800gms overnight. I hope to lose that in a couple of days. I'm now sitting at 75.6kgs. I'm keeping my water up today.

No change today. I'm still sitting at 75.6kgs. I'm still retaining fluid and I can feel it when I clench my fists. I didn't keep to my water yesterday, so that will contribute to it. I also had some salty meat yesterday which will also contribute. So, I'm waiting for that to come down.

I'm up 200gms today. Kept to my plan yesterday, kept my water up, and did all the right things. I'm still retaining fluid, but I expect this to go soon. Official weigh-in tomorrow. Now sitting at 75.8kgs.

Hey!

You're doing really well, Lervly...

A bit of retention here and there is normal, it's great that you aren't getting hung up about it

Thanks Lil dol,

I've lost 400gms overnight. Official weigh-in today, and I've lost 900gms fro the week. I'm now weighing 75.4kgs. I'm still retaining some fluid which I exect to go soon. My challenge is still on track!

Week 1: 900gms
Week 2: 1.6kgs
Week 3: 900gms

I've dropped 800gms in the last two days. I think that's my fluid retention gone. I now weigh 74.6kgs.
