Smile New health plan. 20 kilos to lose!

Hi there. I have lost weight before. I used to be 36 kilos heavier than I am right now. However I am still 20 kilos (44 lbs) above my goal weight.

I want to be 60 kilos and I am currently 80. I was 72 for a while, but I put weight back on.

Does anyone have any advice for losing weight or tips that have worked for them. It's always great to hear the things others had success or no success with.

Anyway, with only four months until christmas, my goal is to be around 15 kilos lighter by then.

Hi Tink. Welcome to cohens, you'll find the weight just falls off with this program. All the best.

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Started: 20/7/15
Week 1: 27/7/15 : Loss of 4.6kg
Week 2: 3/8/15 : Loss of 1.3kg - Total 5.9kg

hey tinkerbella welcome!

i find reading through the program and sticking to it like a zealot works like a charm! that is easily the best tip i can give you, just follow all the rules and you'll be amazed by how well it works.
