Default One Week done - diary?

Hi there all! I got serious and completed my first week DF free on Cohens yesterday - happy to see that I'm down 3kgs in my 1st week

Can anyone help me as to how I can start my Diary in order to post in there rather than starting various threads?

I did Cohens about 4 years ago - but only for about 6 weeks in which I then lost 12 kgs. Doing my old plan again now.

Hi Peace, to start a diary, go to the "new diary" section and start a new thread there, (button on the top left) name it, and that will be your diary. Great to see your old plan working well for you!

Hi jaccari, my program has a number at the bottom of each page, as in a footer, in very small print. My original program is 2009, how old is yours?? Was yours an online or non Australian clinic?? I don't know about them but all 3 of my programs have the same format. Not sure if that makes sense or helps.

hi Collie,

You say you have 3 programs? ?

Im staying on this old program until I get back form Bali on 5th march 2015. Then I will think about getting a new one. But the nearest clinic to me is Perth.. (I think)

Thankyou

Jackie

Jaccari, all the foods remain the same, but the quantities of the protein and veggies can differ. This is because your body chemistry has changes over time.

Hi Jaccari
I've dusted off my old programme 2005/6 and giving it a go (again!!!).
My clinic was on Goodwood Rd - was surprised when I tried looking it up .... and found none in Adelaide at all?!
Not sure why that is - and I read some reviews online about the Perth one and how some Adelaide people where left on their own with little support and contact from that office.
I was looking forward to my weekly / fortnightly meetings to discuss progress and my insecurities etc - the ladies were very lovely and patient!
I was thinking of starting a Facebook page for just Adelaide - do you think that would be beneficial?

thx Kathy

xellent idea would love to catch up for black coffee or a green tea..

Can I have the link to your Cohens facebook page.?

I find doing this new program by myself a little daunting as you said I looked forward to the weigh in and discussion face to face with my consultant, but I needed to lose the weight and I knew this would be my only hope.
Contacting my Perth consultant and discussing things with her are still goos tho she is giving me the information I need.
