How much weight loss in how many weeks?

Hi All,

Just thought this would be interesting to know...

Ive been on cohens for.. lets say almost 3 weeks and have managed to lose around 6 kgs...

I have a wedding in 7.5 weeks and im wondering on average what i could see myself losing in that time...

I suppose all im asking for is abit of inspiration through these tough times (im sure you all understand what i mean)

So your imput in how much weight could possibly be lost would be greatly appreciated!

U have done amazing so far.. In regards 2 ur question, by the end of my first 8 weeks i had lost 17.3kgs. Im due for my 10week weigh in 2moro (9/7/09). sometimes people have a high weight loss, sometimes others have a small one.. Im sure whatever weight u lose, U'll look fantastic..

Hi Bam, My consultant told me the average loss is approximately 1.4kg per week (inclusive of the first month of quick loss) for ladies.

Note that if you actually fall sick during the process, your loss will be slow down as well. Are you able to predict how many times you will fall sick before your wedding?

I was about the same as Belinda.
Pretty amazing to lose that much in such a short amount of time!
The thing that is tricky is planning an outfit in advance!

Ive lost 9.3 kgs in my first two weeks.. im sure it will slow right down now though

but i think its because my lifestyle before cohens was unbelievably disgusting so its a masssssive change...

I have finished my third week yeaterday and have lost 10kg and 32.5 cm. That 32.5 cm is between my chest, waist, hips, thigh and arm.

LGS that is great! Took me 4 weeks to lose 10kgs! Check out the link I posted above to see what he averages for 4 weeks are. You should be ecstatic!!!
