Default A thought I had on the way to the toilet ......

..... which is when I tend to have my best thoughts. (Should be having a lot more now, with all this water!).

I was thinking about how shocked I was (and it seems others were) when given my goal weight as I'd never really been a normal weight and hadn't thought I could be. It occurred to me that prior to this I'd aspired to be "less fat", to lose some weight but I'd never thought it possible I could actually be slim. Now I believe I can, and Cohens has upped my aspirations.

And that, FYM, is a sure sign that you are now getting into or very near the "zone"! It's a wonderful place where you think you can do anything and are prepared to give it all you got just because it's for you and you know you can!

That's a whole mental U-turn FYM, congrats.

Funnily enough, I felt my Cohen weight was about 5kg more than I expected I needed to be.

Yep I initially started on Cohens and just wanted to get back to 80kg (my 'normal' adult weight) never imagined that i would ever reach goal...wasnt long into it when i knew i could easily achieve goal weight which i did! Took a long time to get my head around that one - emotionally and physically! I went from 95kg - 58kg in less than 6 months! I am back for more as the emotional side wasnt quite ready when i hit the 'unbelievable' and struggled with binge eating and self sabotage. I am fairly confident now that i will be able to accept 'me' at goal weight...so here i come!

Mind~body~spirit approach is my winning formula

Goal 1: Under 80kg (done 4.5.13) Goal 2 - 75kg, Goal 3 Under 70kg, Goal 4 - normal BMI 65.8kg!! Goal 4 - final goal 65 - 62kg and start refeed
