Default Ceb journal

I dont really know if i am doing this correctly and if i can post this but i am on my second day of the diet and i am starving! i am holding out hope that the hunger attacks will go away and i am drinking loads of water. i dont actually have that much weight to lose just 8 -10 kg so i am not sure if that is going to make it harder being that i dont have a whole heap to lose. does anyone have any good chicken soup recipies? i think the hardest part is making seperate meals for my fiance his food smells amazing so i just smell it and pretend i am eating it! I think i just need some encouragement..help!

Hi Ceb. welcome. I think you will find that the hunger will settle. I mainly cook my partner the same meal but give him more and maybe add a potato so Im not cooking 2 meals. I dont have any soup recipes but Im sure someone will have something to suggest.

saw this from you in another diary not sure why people would be saying this and without context cant really comment on that but..

"i have read a few people saying that they miss coffee etc or have to wait a week, now i am worried my book never said that i couldnt have it i am only on day 2 and have had 2 black coffees with sucryl? "
you are allowed coffee- just ensure that the sweetener you use is allowed and the amount of sweetener ( This will be on your plan and there is a thread here)
cheers

Welcome CEB!

I started again yesterday, so we can be buddies! Wasn't expecting to be back before April next year, but no time like the present!!! I am keen to get my body back!!!

The hunger will pass, definitely drink the 2-3 litres!

I know that I am hungrier in the afternoon so I spread my fruit and crackers out like this!

7.00 breakkie choice and 1 cracker if I need it

10.30ish half an apple and coffee and water

12.30 lunch choice plus 1 cracker plus half apple, water

2.30 glass of sprite zero, half mango, coffee

4.45 glass of sprite zero, half mango, one cracker

7.00 dinner choice plus 2 crackers, 2 glasses of sprite zero in a campagne flute!!!!

WATER, WATER, WATER!!! Eat slowly and savour every mouthful!

You can do this babe - if you stick to it 100% your 8-10kgs will be gone in NO time!

Look forward to taking the journey with you!!

Bells xx

Hi Bells!

That wouold be great to track each others progress, I think i definately need to support and motivation of someone else egging me along. Your menu times look fantastic i have found the last couple of days that i have been eating all my crackers by 6pm so am going to try and space them out a bit better. I am glad about my organisation though i have all my weeks meat cut into labelled bags and prepare them the night before so that is helping i think I was suprised at how much i drank today 3L water 2 black teas and 1 l of sprite zero! Amazing i would never have usually done that! I am really excited about my first check up on Friday allbeit a little nervous!

Keep me posted to your progress as well, its really great to see on your ticker thta weight going down i bet you are super excited to get your body and confidence back!
