Hi every one,

Just wondering for evry one that has finished program and refeed what about ice cream and gelati. I know on the program we are not allowed to have milk so just wondering after about that kind of stuff.

Sorry i know i am getting ahead of myself but thinking about summer and having an ice cream cone or gelati. Is it allowed after finished every thing.

As far as what you can eat after finishing refeed, the simple answer is whatever you want. We're on our own after refeed.
