Shell's Re feed Diary!!
Looks like I will be joining you on re feed in the next couple of days !!!! Saw my consultant today, she thinks I have lost enough, so do I. So I had my final blood test, she got the results today and will order my re feed straight away!! Should have it tomorrow or the next day!!!! So I am getting SO excited to be able to add different food! This is going to be so much fun to do with you girls, Hexi, Cindy & Tuti !! WOW I can't believe I am here!! Shell

Well I have been REALLY hungry today
I was looking for something to eat about 2 hours before my lunch. I did what my consultant told me to do if I got hungry, and added the extra protein and veg she told me to add. That sure did help. I hope it helps with the weight loss tomorrow Still feeling really weak and lethargic at the moment, not sure if it is the waking up before the birds (&the bats!!) I hope I get my re feed tomorrow Have a great night Shell

Oh Shell...Im sorry you are suffering so much with the hunger and not feeling too good as well.
Glad the extra protein/veg helped. See these are the things that make having your personal consultants so worth it. We get none of this with the online sign up. Sounds like you are doing a semi-refeed already. Tomorrow is the big day for me. You will not be far behind...maybe you will even start tomorrow too. Still waking up "stupid time" early
Woke up this morning very refreshed, so I thought I will wash my sheets, stripped the bed & loaded up the washing machine. THEN I looked at the clock 4.30am!!! Can't go back to bed now!!! Hoping I get my re feed today!! No weight loss for a couple of days now, so hoping something is on the move soon Have a great day Shell

Hey Shell...go back to sleep on the couch. You must be exhausted. How many hours a night are you getting? This sleep deprivation is bad...might be why you haven't been losing weight for a few days. Take a nap girl!!!
I hope your refeed comes today then we will start tomorrow together. I am drooling at one of the meals that Meagain put on the food combo site...the french toast with steak and fried banana...YUMMO. Can you tell I am hungry. Still another hour before my lunch and I have been hungry for an hour or more already Time to start refeed I'd say. Cindy |

the same thing is happening to me shell, asleep at nine pm and up at 5 am....now i know everyone says this but in my case it is so true....this is VERY BIZARRE....i am a notorious sleeper inner....

Well I did what Cindy said and had a morning "nana nap"
I feel so much better! I am also cutting back on the water today, so hopefully will get a longer night sleep tonight! From what I can gather, I have started re feed by upping my protein and veg allowance, as it is the same amount for everyone for the first couple of days, also allowed to add 1 extra piece of fruit. Still have not got my "official" re feed yet, my consultant will e-mail Dr Cohen again thisarvo, and if not heard back will check again in the morning (even though we have a public holiday tomorrow- we will see?) as it is not a holiday wherever the Doc lives. GOT MY RE FEED !!! 16 day's!! As I started yesterday, tomorrow I will start on day 3!! Bloody supermarket here, no bread I can eat until Monday ! Was looking forward to bread tomorrow, lucky I love the crackers I"M SO EXCITED !!! Shell

Day 2- today but will have to wait till monday With what I have had on day 2 today, is quite satisfying. Cant imagine fitting the end days food in! Have my food weighed out up until Monday- Day 6 OMG it looks a lot of food! Off to work out when I can fit my parma in!! Shell
