Default Hello newbie here

Hi I feel like I know everybody so well already, I have been reading posts in this forums for a while. I finally saved up my money and waiting for my program to arrive. I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself I am Belinda 33 mother of three boys and very excited to actually start my new lifestyle! I also want to say how much everybody has inspired and motivated me to actually take the plunge and do something about my weight and eating habits. I keep dreaming of my new body and lifestyle it is so clear now and feel like it is in my reach finally. I have like most tried most diets eating plans with little success. This will be different with the amazing support network we have available here !! Any way thanks!

Hi Belinda, welcome! I am looking forward to seeing your progress on here. Don't be like me and dilly-dally for the first 3.5 weeks. It's like pregnancy (which I see you can relate to, too) - you are either on Cohen's or you are not.

I love your name too - Fairywings - very pretty!!!

Welcome, Belinda. Get yourself a diary and a ticker and get ready to start your journey to the new you.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Hi Belinda,

Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on taking the first big step and joining the program, you will certainly get plenty of encouragement and support here. When you follow the program 100% the weight just melts away so quick, and people start to comment within just a few weeks. Like AJ said, get yourself a ticker and a diary, and your on your way with the rest of us. I hope your program comes soon, then you can have some fun with planning menus etc. When I first started (9 weeks ago), it took a little while to measure and cut up my ingredients, and yes it still does take a little bit of extra effort, but I have it down pat now and it is so quick. I organise myself each evening for dinner that night, as well as breakfast and lunch for the next day. I work full time and have a family too so need to be organised and this makes the program soooo easy for me to stick to.

Good luck with your weight loss.
HBS.

Hi Belinda,

Welcome to watching your weight melt away. Good luck with your journey. Keep yourself posted here on the forum and you will get all the help you need. As HBS has said prepare everything and it will make life easy. I also do my lunch at the same time as dinner and I get all my breakies done on Sunday. i love the kitchen so half an hour in there by myself while the BF and the dog are doing something else is great.

Good luck. We look forward to watching your outer layers melt away.
