Default A quick hello

Hi Everyone,

I have been lurking about reading the forum for several weeks now, and I thought I should pop my head up, say hi and introduce myself.

I've been on the program for 16 weeks now and am very happy with my progress so far My husband has also been on the program and has lost 27kgs; he is now at the top end of his goal weight and will be on refeeding very soon - I am so proud of him! I consider myself lucky that we've been doing the program together as it has made it much easier with meals etc. and we have been a great support for each other.

Finding this forum has been a real blessing, as so many of our questions have been answered or discussed. I wanted to say a huge thankyou to everyone for all of the knowledge, information and support that this forum continuously creates and shares.

Cheers

Hi Human Bean, and welcome to the forum. I don't know how I would have survived my journey without it... but it looks like you and your husband have been doing amazingly well. What an incredible rate of loss you've both had - it's awesome! You are lucky you have each other for support! And now your circle of support has expanded exponentially, with all of us here on the forum to cheer you on.

Hi and welcome. Thats great that your doing it together, it must be so much easier than doing it alone. Your results speak for themselves!

Hello there & welcome to you both!

I'm in my second week on the program and if I do say so myself doing incredibly well (-4.8kg so far) I've had no problem with detox and I'm not even feeling that hungry!

Just want to say "HI" and well done on your weight loss so far isn't it great to have a supportive hubby?? Although mine isn't on the program he's eating better too which can't be a bad thing now can it!

Welcome, HB. Do start your own diary and post into it regularly so we can follow your progress.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
