Last weeks Take5 Mag
 its been a while since i put a topic up but wondered if anyone else bought last weeks T5 mag for the Cohens article "Too Fat To Hug"  . This lady Sue Walson is my insperation. She went from 126kg to 58kg in the space of a year. Sue if you are on here somewhere under an alias or someone knows her please know that with out you I couldnt keep going on this program and your pictures are my guiding light.Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the heart of my bottom (hopefully to be smaller.) best wishes with the new you, you deserve it. Asy did one better. She lost her weight in less than a year am not sure what the kgs were but in lbs it was like 185 lbs. Correct me if I am wrong Asy. She was/is my insperation
