Smile First week over

Hello! Started my program last week. It was terrible for me as I am not used to eating small portions. I still have hunger pangs and I am still learning how to ignore them. So far I have lost 3kg. and my husband noticed that I am not as puffy as before. Well, good luck to everyone of us!

Well done on your first week - 3kgs lost..... congratulations!

I know the feeling of getting used to small portion but trust me that your body gets used to it and adjust accordingly. If I get really hungry then I try drinking some water and if that doesn't work then I'll do something to distract myself like clean the house, walk the dog etc.

Contests on your weight loss it must be a good feeling. I'm on day 3 so just starting.
