Oh its a shame I cant make it to the week day serminars. I will be going to the Saturday one in Feb and March and Im also waiting to hear for back for the people that need to loose over 50k, only 2 of us so far and they need about 5 people. Love to hear if anybody will be going to the Saturday meetings.

Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
