Cajun Spice Mix

Recipe Description

a Cohen's friendly alternative to one of my favorite flavors 

Ingredients:

1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
1 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1 1/4 tsp Dried Tarragon
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes 

Preparation Steps:

Blend the spices and store in an airtight container read for use.

Instructions:

Nb. Cajun spice mixes usually contain ground celery. I've omitted it from the recipe due to it being included in the vegetable allowance. If you would like to add it post Cohen's ground celery is usually available in good health food stores.
