Default How Sugarfree Kandi Got her groove back

Finally decided to start a diary 2 years after lurking around. So excited.

Well a bit about myself.
I live in Ireland, with 2 gorgeous children age 5 years and 6 years.
Single but not looking.

Started my Cohen journey in 2013 March end to July 2013. From 124kg to roughly 90kg might have been in the 80s but never checked, Was on the online programme, so didnt weigh myself as much.
Then i got cocky, everybody telling me i looked hella good and fell off the bus, badddddd.
kept my weight steady by being off and on the programme till about last year Easter. Damn did i go overboard. Then slowly but surely ended up at 129.3 kg on the 16 February 2015.

So i restarted again using my old programme which i think still works. Im on Week 3 Day 3 and have lost 10.1kgs. It does still work right??? Today i woke up at 119.2kg.
I was/am prepared to pay for a new one if it was not work.
it seems to be working fine as i have no hunger some cravings but they have gotten better. I drink 2litres of water sometimes 2.5. tried drinking 3 but my weightloss next morning was not on point. Proud to say i am dDeviation free and reall pray and hope to stay that way especially with easter on the way.
Im still pretty much in my unfashionable clothes that fit cant wait to get the were i was before i fell of the wagon and below.
Well thats all i have the strenght for, for now. looking forward to this journey. This time im well aware thanks to this site than i was before when i did this.

Oh im a daily weigher only because i wanted to see if it still works, here are my stats below

Start date: 16 February 2015
Dtart Weight: 129.3kg
Week 1: 121.4kg
Week 2: 119.9kg

P.S hope this is how i start a diary
Looking forwad ladies and gents

Thank you for the welcome ladies. You all doing wonderfully well.
Keep on keeping on.

Week 3 Day 5
So glad that i have made it this far(not that far) but seriously this is major for me.
Alas today was cravings were playing with my mind. Last night my children wanted ice cream, so after a little prayer i gave it to them, glad to say it didnt even bother me, wihooooo. But might have triggered my cravings because today has been a bit hard.
Prior to starting Cohen again, i use to make Milktart weekly, 2 trays and it would be finish the next morning. My children have been asking for but i reallllly know im not ready for that, That would most definately be my downfall. Im simply not ready. Hopefully after my four week mark, i will be strong enough.
Cant believe i will be starting 4th week on Monday, yayyyy.

Hi Kandi,

It sounds like you have had fantastic progress! How are you going now? would love to read an update from you

And have you started making the tarts for your boys without eating? or still too much of a temptation? I know I won't be doing any baking til I'm off plan as it would just be too hard for me to not have a taste lol

Boy did i have the MilktartS. And boy did i go in to town on them.
Yep i fell and fell i fell man. But its done and dusted. Kept beating myself up. Kept trying to get back on the bus but we all know how a deviation works. Took me 2 months to finally have my head in the right space again and believe me been trying every i mean every week to get back on and now i did it and i am feeling powerful and ready to conitue. Im quiet a straight forward person, Cohen is not difficult for me, its just my greed gets in the way.
I mean all this food will still be here but once this time passes its passed never to return, so why not do something worthwhile with it.
God has been so good to me, my programme still works wonders so i dont want to take advantage of that.

Week 2 Day 1
5.3KGS gone, this time for good never to return. I will never see this number on the scale again EVER.
I have been following some diaries and boy do you guys motivate me. Thank you for not giving up on yourselves ladies. Keep on keep pushing on.

My love for myself will help me through this.

Thanks Andie you inspire me girl xx

Day 9
I have decided to stop the daily weighing or weekly weighing. First time i did Cohens i only stepped on the scale in the beginning when i wqs sending my weight to them and that was it. Took me 2 months to finally step on again. This after was after everybody was commenting on my weigthlose. And by that time i had lost about 19kgs. So i have deiced to let the clothes do the talking and the comments. I know my programme works so i will let it do the talking.

Shrinking dust ladies
