Default What is the goal weight?

Once we have finished refeed what is our 'goal' weight? Is it considered the weight we finished on at the end of refeed? or otherwise?

It would be handy to know to use the weight as a benchmark for the no more than 3 - 4 kilos gained before needing a new program

Eg: According to my blood results and the clinic my natural goal weight is 60 kilos but on refeed I got to 58 kilos...now I am not sure which 'figure' to use as the benchmark...

Mind~body~spirit approach is my winning formula

Goal 1: Under 80kg (done 4.5.13) Goal 2 - 75kg, Goal 3 Under 70kg, Goal 4 - normal BMI 65.8kg!! Goal 4 - final goal 65 - 62kg and start refeed

Hi Hexi,
From what I understand it is the weight you start re feed on.
3-4 kg from that weight.

What do you think it is ? What's best for you ? Santa gives us a goal range so ideally we should always remain within that range. We shouldn't be thinking about how much weight we can put on before we begin to panic. that's setting yourself up to put on weight. We should also try and remain inside the range and we should work to get it back down to the range if that's what's right for you.

If you choose to sit 3-4kg above the range, then again, that should be your max target and not 3-4kg above the 3-4kg.

Default Hi there...

Well I recon if 60kg was the weight you were when you ordered your refeed and was also the last lot of bloods used to calculate your refeed then that would be the benchmark weight. Just because you then lost a little more weight after going on refeed I would have thought the 60kgs would be the weight they would go by as that was the one they used to formulate your refeed. Does that makwe sense...what does your consultant say?

AE.

Love by the way

Ok I spoke with my consultant and she said to use the weight that I am happy with which is what I finished up on on refeed - 58 kilos... so thats my benchmark as long as I hover between 58 - 62 I will be happy...
