Post Fish Cakes

Fish Cakes

Recipe Description
They're like crab cakes but with fish and a little more
flavor. You can substitute the fish fillet with shrimp.

I'm not so sure if anyone else already posted something
similar but I just wanted to share. Hope you all enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Sole Fillet
Green Bell Peppers
Garlic powder
Onion
Coriander
Crispbread (ground into
crumbs)
Preparation Steps:

Level of Difficulty:

Instructions:
Chop up the sole fillet into small pieces until ground. You
may also put it in the food processor to make it easier.
Mince the bell pepper, onion and coriander and mix in the
ground fish.
Add salt and garlic powder to taste.
Form into little patties and cover each side with the
crispbread crumbs.
Spray a heated pan with oil and pan fry until golden brown
on both sides.
Serve with a side of mixed greens with vinaigrette.
