Red meat cravings and Iron
If you are, it may pay to make sure that one of your fruits is an orange, eaten relatively close to your red meat meal, along with spinach as one iof your vegies. The vitamin C in the orange will help you utilise the iron in the meat and the spinach. Hope this helps someone.

Thanks Meagan - great tip as I am one of those craving red meat and amazingly today I ate an orange about 1 hour later!!
