Welcome, Karen. This programme is definitely the answer. The 'trick' to succeeding is never to deviate. If you plan on being 100%, and do it, you will succeed. Some of those who have deviated do succeed, but almost all strongly recommend never deviating, as they usually find it difficult to get back on the programme.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Hi Karen

I too lurked around the forum for a while before I decided to take the plunge and it was the best decision I've made for a while. I have been 100% since day 1 and thoroughly recommend it. 14 weeks later and have lost 18 1/2 kg and my losses have been smaller than some (I'm older than most and have a thyroid condition both which slow me down a bit.) I am totallty thrilled with this program, I've been trying to get this weight off for quite some time, since my thyroid started slowing down, and nothing else has worked. It is a very strict program but there's no guess work and that makes it simple. As I often say it's simple but it's not easy. There are times when I've wanted to deviate or throw the towel in but this forum has helped keep me on track.

You will succeed too if you stick to your plan.

x

Loulou

Hi Karen, have you started yet? I think I am getting my package in the mail today, and was wondering if I start tomorrow...I guess it's as good a time as any!!!

I look forward to following your progress....and I'm with you. 100%. I saw a post somewhere else that said it's like saying you are a little bit pregnant. Either on it, or not. So, I am choosing to stick to it totally (as I think you are, given you last post).

Here I come 63kg...!!

That's the spirit gals! There is only one way to do this program. And that's 100%.

You all will be outstanding successes as long as you keep your heads in the right place!

Welcome Karen ..

You'll find the most amazingly beautiful & supportive people on here.. listen to what they have to say.. most of us have been through a fair bit so advice is usually always given out of experience.. Not blind faith..
Wishing you the very best success.. 100% IS the only way to go.. otherwise why bother? ..

All the best!!!!
