Good morning 10kg in 6 weeks ' ers! How are we all today? Dont know about anyone else but i dont intend to weigh myself every day, maybe 2 or 3 times a week works for me. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and here is my tip for today!

Make today count, make every morsel of food SPECIAL, love YOU just as you are today no matter how many kgs to go - love it off and you will keep it off!

Hello everyone, this thread is very quiet. Are we only intending to post in here once a week after weigh in? Just thought i'd ask the question.

I am delighted to be another 1.3kg since start date on Monday (which was actually day 8 back on cohens for me) - i was sick yesterday and that made the eating part easy as no appetite so just had exact main meals as thats all i cld face, back to "normal" snacks etc today presuming i feel better! Pandora
