10kgs in 6 weeks - New Challenge - Start Date 6th April 2009 - 18th May 2009
For the newies check out the other challenges here on the post and see what us great Cohens are achieving. Anyone can join, no real set rules except keep us updated with your goals, rewards and losses. It makes it easier for me and yourselves to cut and paste if we can all post like this (just cut and paste this below and add your own info: for e.g Maria1969Yellow - Start Weight kg Week 1. Week 2. Week 3. Week 4. Week 5. Week 6. Total loss: Goals: Rewards: Anyhow for those that will be giving me final stats for the last challenge can use those stats for this challenge.. All stats will be updated on a Tues mainly, like I said I dont mind updating when you feel comfortable and also not giving me actual weights is not essential just the kgs losing.. Hi Maria,
I have been watching everyone's progress during the current six week challenge and I am definately in for this next one. My regular weigh in day is monday so that works perfectly! Can't wait for it to start and use it as a bit more motivation. Thanks. Rach.

Hi possible contenders for the next challenge..
I am more than happy for those that let me know for me to chase you up and see if you are still inerested or on board with the challenge. I have had a couple of past contenders I stay in touch with and PM to remind them or to motivate them but thats up to you... I wont come chasing unless you ask me to and I really dont mind has having people around you to be accountable to for me e.g works really well to stay on track and focussed. Hope everyone is having a great day! Look forward to everyones updates this Monday! Maria (whos aiming to be in refeed land with this next challenge under her belt.. Well heres hoping!!!! LOL)
