TV Cooking Shows
I admit to being a fan of TV cooking shows like Nigella and The Cook and the Chef (which has just returned for the year but I missed it last night).
I watched Nigella a few weeks ago and cooked ChocoHotoPots for the family, luckily I don't have a sweet tooth. The butter, sugar, chocolate, etc were in quite large quantities. Since starting Cohens I have watched one cooking show and turned it off. I am thinking that it is not helpful entertinment at the moment. Does anyone else find that it is better not to watch TV cooking shows while on Cohens?
