Will Cohens work for me? (For all you new readers) ;)
This Thread is for all of you who are "just looking", or are new Members with a heap of questions. Hopefully it will help you find answers more quickly.
A Forum can have all kinds of useful information "locked up" in places you might not think of looking. In Koh's Classics, I endeavour to make things easier to find. This front page will be an Index, and each subject is covered in the posts following this one. Index :- Post #2 - Will Cohens be any different to "all the other ways I've tried"? Can Cohens be more successful than other (often better known) weightloss ways? More to come as time passes, Koh

Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! Last edited by Kohinoor; 27-09-2012 at 01:09. |
