Bought 3 for $5 from the New Farm markets here in Bris on the weekend. Noticed that our local supermarket has them for $2 each too and they are just as yummy as the ones from the market. yumo!

I bought a box of ten smallish ones at the side of the road for $10 between Melbourne and Geelong. The seller said he cuts out the middle man by driving up in his semi to buy them direct, sells in his fruit shop, and also on the road. Quite a good price for Victoria.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. I grabbed 4 of 'em this afternoon here in Singapore at 4/Sg$7 (nice big honey mangoes). I am also very glad that they are back. The little Mexican ones just couldn't cut it!

recipe
hi
my brother in law, a chef, taught me a great recipe for mango salsa. It is great served with steak or seafood. Mango - cut into long thin strips works well fresh herbs - garlic, ginger, chilli - finely chopped fresh coriander - roughly chopped mix and marinade in lemon juice. Delicious!!! (Normally i use lime juice -the bottled kind is fine. But until cohens ends i guess it is lemon juice)

My freezer is packed with three weeks supply of mango allowances. I bought today from Aldi $1.99 each. Picked up four should give me about a week of mango allowance. Is there a better flavour for yougurt than mango????
