hi your guess is as good as ours where the good doctor is, he is very aloof to say the least and yes most of us are from australia althought some are from the US and some from south africa and also some from england, it is a big world but so very small when it comes to computers and technology, cheers jacinta

The Good Doctor is from S. Africa originally but is his now in the US.
There are/were a number of S.Africans on here as well as a couple of yanks like myself & Barczar (but located in Singapore) or actually in the US like Bitten & Pudge. We also had/have one from Europe here as well (Maya). We are definitely the minority.

Hi Mrs Jiggles
I think it would be good if everybody would put their location in their User CP and it would then show up in their posts This would be helpful when talking about foods - Lessfatty is an Australian but in Japan when he was on the program, and some of the program foods were simply not available there I am in Melbourne, Australia, 4th Generation Aussie, too, which is a bit of a rarity! My Daughter makes it the 5th Generation so we go back here to even before the Gold Rush!! I use the term 'crispbread' as this is what my program refers to, but I have noticed that most people refer to 'crackers' which is an American term. I did not grow up with 'crackers' so it always seems a little strange to me - too many imported sitcoms, perhaps? Hope you have started your program and are travelling well Regards Kristine
