Default Spicy Baked Apple

Have been having this for dessert a couple of times this week...I really enjoy it although I miss those juicy sultanas and walnuts I normally put in the middle!

In a bowl, crush up some crispbread from your allowance and add some cinnamon and allspice (or whatever you like best), a squeeze of lemon and a spray of olive oil. Core a granny-smith apple (not the very bottom though) and stuff with CB mix. Wrap in foil and bake in a slow oven til soft...you could also add sweetner if you wanted but I personally don't like the taste...Could serve with yoghurt if desired...enjoy!
