WOOO HOOOO Good shopping - great bargains for the new teeny tiny Narelle
Mmmm I'm looking for somewhere to pin my xtra skin on my thighs and what was my behind to and I won't even mention the old DD's that are now SF's - small floppies)!!!! Glad it's winter and I can cover it up, but if I catch a glimpse getting out of the bath I remind myself of my grandmother when she was in her 80's Iam hoping bigtime that it will look better in 12 mths.

Ohhhhh that sounds so amazing!

I can't wait until I'm nearing my end so I can go on huge sprees. Not sure where I'll get the money from... But where there's a will (and a skinny Bumblebee!) there's sure to be a way

Can't wait to hear your refeed adventures, so so close now!

EPIC FINALE!
GRADUATION DAY to refeed.
Visit me over there!

Start date: 04/02/10 - 20 WEEKS today ! !
Start Weight: 86.7kg
Todays Weight: 62.1kg (average weekly loss of 1.23kg)

Reduction of 24.6kg.

Well my fellow Cohen friends - this is the final post for this part of my journey.
As one chapter closes another chapter opens and now the chapter on REFEED and the journey into maintenaince and life opens wide to be created.

I want to take a moment to gratefully acknowledge my cheer squad and comrades who have supported me. It has been awesome and I am so appreciative of your encouragement, words of wisdom, support and butt kicking when needed ! !

Bumblebee: If there is one thing I can share is stay connected. When you slip- be accountable, dont disappear. This then becomes the catalyst to taking stock and success for YOU! you can do it and you deserve to.
Ladybird: soon to be my refeed friend - cant wait to have you join me. We are shooting for the finish line together. Very special
Phillida: champions like you who lead the way - now hopefully I can be an encourager to some just commencing their journey
My little MissNix: You have been a special inspiration to me. I think you are awesome!
M&N : My little kiwi friend from the deep south. You have a special gift of encouragement. Thankyou.
Gug: Oooo - come and join me in refeed, tis going to be lonely over there by myself. I take my hat off to you in working through the issues that you do.
Bronnie: where are you. so close..... come back and get to the finish line with us.
Chrissie: new babe on the block. Same comment as for BB. Just stay close to your forum support group.
mcpsych : Oh man of few words. Hope you have the courage to show up on Saturday 3rd for Brisvegas get to gether. Maybe if Koh is around you can coerse him to join us as well. Wot a hoot - twill be quite a group of us this week.
Kenga: 2/3 of the way through. Keep going my friend!
Determined 28: Another champion leading by example. Thankyou !
Forum friends: There are many who may not have written often but simply by being there and on the forum and making this such an amazing support tool that it is - I thank each of you.
Am - my beautiful little Canberra friend. I'll be a checking on You. You promised you will be on the skinny fudges walking trek. I expect You there!

KOH: Not always posting but there to give the aged wise advice when needed and most appropriate. Thankyou.

and of course - my ultimate champion

MUM CHUM: You know how grateful I am. I think you are amazing and so so courageous. You have shown such tenacity and persistence and I cant wait to be cheering you over the finish line. You will do it. I know it must be difficult to see us move on before you, your time will come and your victory even more significant. I think I will cry just like we used to when we watched the last school marathon runners coming in. Remember? huffing and puffing and way after the others but they did it and so will You cause you are AWESOME. Thankyou! Love You!

(mmmm - snuff snuff, as I wipe a tear away!)
and so - this completes on my personal diary thread. I now graduate onto refeed and into maintenaince. I am ever so grateful to have been shown by example - the Cohen Lifestyle program. To me - it made sense immediately. No weird shakes, pills, fad diet or unsustainable life practises. Just learning about the foods that will support me to eat well, stay well and potentially live a long and healthy life in a healthy weight range body.

The health benefits for me to this point are obviously the weight loss but in addition to that. No breathlessness as I walk up cardiac hill to work is: less fat around the arteries. Reduction in blood pressure. Resting pulse reduced from high 80's/90's to now high 60's / 70's. Heart is not having to work as hard. Awesome. I feel alive, excited and ever so grateful to have discovered Cohens.
My measurement have reduced a total of 86.5cm. My waist going from an unhealthy 101 cm to now 75.5cm. Awesome.

Come and visit me in refeed land. This soon will be your walk if you stay committed to You and what you say you want. I want to leave you with the words of the great Winston Churchill

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal
it is the courage to continue that counts!"

To each of you I send the courage to continue!
Kia Kaha (stay strong) Narelle
