Sincerest congratulations Mark - amazing work and dedication. I hate to say it, the real work starts soon, as I'm finding out. Enjoy refeed, try and be good (I failed 3 times, but I did really enjoy it this last time - maybe too much, hee hee!) all the best, hope you are able to keep us up to speed with refeeding when you start it - will read it with interest.
