Refeed - timeframe of contract

 Start:12.1.12 98.5kg. Goal 1: 90kg. Done - 4 weeks  . Goal 2: 80kg. Done - 12 weeks  .Goal 3: 70kg. Done. Goal 4: 63.5kg. (35kg total loss).

I asked my consultant this just last week. The advice I got is that if I was close to my refeed weight it could be ordered, and I could get clinic support past my contract at a cost of $25 per visit. Hope this helps.
