Question Refeed....should I do it now? or next week?

Currently on my 12th week, and within my goal weight range. I have my refeed plan with me for over a week now, and I told my consultant that I'd like to wait a few more days till I reach the lower end of my goal weight. She gave me a 2-week window to see how things go.

My general disposition: hungry within 2 hours after a meal, but still manageable, just need to space out my cracker and fruit allowance. I've been deviation free since New Year's and I intend to keep it that way

But horror of horrors, I've started to have falling hair this week!!! This is something I thought wouldn't happen to me, as I survived the 12 weeks without this symptom.

I don't want to lose any more hair. So question now is.... should i start refeed just to "correct" the hairloss problem?

Any thoughts?
