Mixing Proteins
I have come to my mixed proteins time. Do I have to mix them in one meal? (its so hard to cook this way) Can I have one protein for lunch and one for dinner? (as before) Thanks, Paula |

Re: Mixing Proteins
Hi Paula
Easiest (and yummiest for me) was to add my protein (fish, meat or chicken) to my cheese meal or egg meal (think chicken cheese burger or egg and steak, etc). You'll get the hang of it. |

Re: Mixing Proteins
Oh... can we add it to our egg meal? Somehow I thought we couldn't. Maybe I'm confused because you can't increase egg... but if we can add meat to it, that will make my life much easier!

Re: Mixing Proteins
That's right, Winnie. Use your egg meal as the base and add different protein. Same with cheese meal
