Mixing Proteins... needing help please..
Tomorrow I start the 'mixing proteins' section, which I understand as the 'four hour rule' no longer applies and the advice in my plan is to mix up the the proteins within the meal allowance... My question is, if I'm going to mix up the protein on say Meal 3, how do I know which 'line' to follow. For example tomorrow evening I'm planning a 'surf and turf' dinner, but do I use the Seafood line, or the Meat line in the meal menu; obviously this will have an effect on both the quantities and the veggie allowance as the seafood & meat sections both have differing quantities... mmmmm???? Thanks for your help guys GG

Just choose whichever works out easier to add to, or fits your planned meal better (eg. 100g steak with 50g extra prawns probably works out a better meal than 100g prawns with only 50g extra steak). Essentially, the exact weights no longer make such a big difference regarding the veg component.
