Adding weights during refeed
It's finally refeed time 37 kg's down from when I started so pretty stoked. A question though. I never got my original refeed program as I didn't finish my program the first time round so only have the standard refeed guide from my clinic. It says on day one to add 30g old protein and 40g old vegetable to my prgram but no t to add any to yoghurt. I have yogurt for breakfast so am I okay to simply divide the extra amounts in half and spread it across lunch and dinner. like below for example. Breakfast - yogurt - normal amount lunch - original amount + 15 grams protein + 20 grams vegetable Dinner same as above. IS this correct? |

Yes DR, that's pretty much what you do - or you can add the whole veg to one, and the meat to the other meal...however you like to do it. The two amounts that don't change are yoghurt and cheese - they are supposed to stay the same. Is that the only guideline you got?
