Default Realised I've mucked up the crackers

I have just this minute realised I have not been doing the crackers correctly this entire time I'm 2 weeks in and from the start I have been having 2 rice thins with lunch 2 with dinner and just changed to Ryvita and have 2 with breakfast 2 with dinner but I now see that 1 rice thin = 2 crisp bread
not 2 crispbread you can eat I'm gutted it means I have been cheating this entire time when I thought I had been so strict devastated!!!!!!!

Don't worry...we have all done this one way or another... accidentally over eaten daily allowance (because we have forgotten we already had a cracker allowance beforehand) or not left enough time in between having more crackers.

As long as you noticed it (which you have) you will be fine.

I've done this too...check your ryvita too...I think they are the same as rice cakes. 1 ryvita = 2 crackers worth.

I think it's the way it's written.

I did the same thing but with cheese the first time around. I was having lite cheese on crackers with tomato for the first 2 weeks for lunch 3 times a week. Then realised I wasn't meant to be having normal cheese light or not, oops.. Still lost weight but didn't t have cheese again. We all make mistakes at some stage.. Now you know you will be fine
