Default Biotin for Hair Loss

Does anyone know if we are allowed to take Biotin supplement for Hair Loss? Also if the supplement has cellulose for the pills, is it allowed?

I am thinking of ordering this to try because I have noticed increased hair loss!

I have noticed a lot of hair at the bottom of the shower after I have washed it as well. Hopefully, I feel now that I have finished the program, my hair will restore itself to its usual fullness and shine. I hadn't heard of biotin for hair loss but I will now search the "net" and see what I can find out about it. Thanks for the alerting us all who may be experiencing the same thing, to what may help alleviate the problem.

I'm taking supplements too for hair loss. Cleaning the shower trap is quite scarey. My hair is short and after 6mths it is like thin, limp straw
I'm not expecting to see an improvement until in maintanence and only when it has had a chance to grow out. Some people expect a change in their head hair, but surely what we have currently on top is "dead growth???"

yes lb, all hair outside the body is dead. the reason shampoo makes it look good is that it is full of silicone
supplements hopefully improve the follicle and thus prevent hair shedding and may stimulate regrowth in old follicles.
