Unhappy Falling from the straight and narrow on refeed

Has any one deviated on refeed and binged? I have spent the last nine months deviation free and was on day 15 of an 18 day refeed and binged extraordinarily this afternoon.I am obviously bitterly disappointed for doing this but the positive side might be a new awareness of being overconfident when I'm on my own.
I will ring my consultant in the morning to see the best way to go from here-repeat some or all of refeed ? Has any one any suggestions??
P.s. I have dropped from 111kgs to 61.9 which is .1 under the lowest range for me.

Default Re: Falling from the straight and narrow on refeed

Hi,
I know how you feel, I was on refeed a couple of weeks ago and did the same thing on Day 10 (ate every food ever invented I think ha). I felt so guilty and thought I had ruined everything but I spoke to my consultant who is so helpful and understanding. She said go back 2 days and if the weight doesn't come off go back a further 2 days. She said our bodies need to adjust and learn to take the weight off with the added food. She also said it is can happen and we need to learn how to cope with the cravings that can be triggered whilst on refeed. My weight came off within the 4 days (I was over the moon) and I continued on with refeed with renewed determination. Don't beat yourself up, sometimes it happens and it is important to get straight back into it.
Good luck
