Default Carbohydrates (sugars and starches) are "toxic" !

Did you know that sugars and starches are toxic compounds? Well it is true!

Those who suffer from untreated diabetes, suffer serious issues, kidney damage (renal failure), blindness, erectile dysfunction . This damage is caused by a toxic substance; sugar (eg glucose), when sugar concentrations are too high damage to sensentive body structures occurs.

The way the body deals with posionous chemical this is to produce the hormone insulin which "forces" the metabolism of glucose into fats (lipids) mainly in the liver which releaes the lipids into the blood which is then absorbed by your adipose tissue (eg tummy fat).

So the next time you are wishing to eat a plate of pasta understand that all those starches will be broken down into a posionous compound (sugar) and if you cannot burn those sugars quickly enough your body will be forced to make you fatter!

I just can't believe what you have posted. I know it's true but it all now makes sense!

I wish I had known this years earlier.
