Hi LJ,
I have just checked my "bible", I am allowed 1 level tablespoon of low fat mayonaise per day.
Don't know if your amount is the same, it is listed under condiments in your eating plan.

Hi LJ,

Had a quick look at my program is it says 1 level teaspoon of low fat mayonnaise per day.

So perhaps eating plans differ in this respect.

Cheers,
Kaisee

1 teaspoon isn't much but if you "water" it down with a little vinigar and sweetner it is even better!! Not a real fan of low fat mayo but I love the WW caesar salad one..

hey Shell
I was nearly getting jealous of all the mayonaise you're allowed to eat.
glad your ration is stingy too

I haven't even bothered to use it yet, 1 tsp just ain't worth it.

1 teaspoon actually will go quite a way if you mix it with hot water or vinegar in a small glass before putting it over the salad. I actually add mustard powder to a bit of water and mayo!

I use mine to marinate my chicken... I mix some in with some herbs and spices and stick it in the freezer in bulk... I don't actually like mayo so I don't feel like I"m missing out by not having it on my salads so I figure thats just as a good a way to use it

Default Is 95% fat free mayonaise allowed?

I have a question and need some advive re: mayonaise.
I live in Kuala Lumpur at the moment (am under the Singapore clinic) and in the supermarkets here they don't seem to have Low fat mayonaise but on jar says 95% fat free. At what point is Mayonaise Low fat - ie can I get the 95% fat free one or not? Otherwise, I'll just continue to avoid using it but would love to be able to enjoy my teaspoon once in a while to marinate, put in currys or over a salad etc!

Thanks!
