What meals are so good you'll keep eating them after refeed?
For me it is: Chicken, asparagus and squash soup Salada with mozzarella, tomato, cucumber and red onion Cauliflower and fetta soup Pauls low fat natural yoghurt for breakfast Saladas grilled with spray of oil, garlic powder and celtic sea salt.

Oh I forgot one:
Curried No-tatoes (I think this was Babytime's recipe?) I've actually started giving this to my family instead of mashed potato, the first time they didn't even realise!

Most of them.
I like steamig my veg, for a couple of minutes, then finishing off in hte fry pan with balsmic vinegar, fresh garlic and pepper.

Chicken and fish nuggets. Yum. Feta and zuchhini soup. Moz cheese melted on crackers topped with tomato BBQd zucchini and mushrooms.
