Default How much had you lost at 20 weeks?

I am wondering how much those who have passed 20 weeks had lost at their 20 week mark?
My 20 week mark will be around my husband's birthday and I am excited to think about how much weight I will have lost by then.
How much had you lost at 20 weeks?

Lisa

As it's pretty fresh in my mind, (Sunday Morning........ Staple) I lost exactly 25kg in exactly 20 weeks! But you have to remember that us "older" folks lose is more slowly than all you young'uns!

Lisa, I lost 22.2 kgs in 20 weeks, and as SMS says, we older folks lose more slowly, so I think you should manage 25 kgs okay. However, don't count on it. It can be so disappointing if you have an expectation of a certain weight by a given time.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Thanks AJ. I'm not so much counting on it. I know that when I lost 17ish kgs last time, I was able to fit into my old jeans, so if I lost anymore than that, it would be a bonus

I think they'll be far too small for you by then, Lisa.

Thanks Lisa, but you will find there pretty average around here.
Sometimes it feels like its taking forever and other times you cant beleive what you have done in such a short time.
Just hang in there it gets easier with time - even the amounts of food start to look big after a while and i never thought i would think that in a million years...lol
