Default Changing Habits Changing Lives -- Cyndi's Speaking in Newcastle

For anyone living in the Newcastle area, this is definitely worth considering. I received the notification in an email message, reproduced below. I'm very impressed with Cyndi's approach to food, planning on incorporating her ideas into my maintenance. She advocates fresh, natural foods with no additives, just like Dr Cohen. She also advocates having a Thermomix, another product that's impressed me. The first talk sounds much like a regular Thermomix demo for anyone wanting to see one in action. The second and third seem to be on Cyndi's food ideas. Definitely worth the fee I think. i haven't heard her, hoping she gets to Victoria sometime soon.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

I would have been interested to go to that AJ but unfortunately it had already been held. They were held on October 28/29.
Maybe another time.

Aaagh, I read it as November also. Sorry about that. Get hold of her books if you can. I don't think I agree with her on some things, and nor would Dr C, but I do like her basic ideas for the future.
