Question about food
I am considering about the Cohen pro gramme. This forum looks like a great place to start Can anyone tell me what kind of menu plan do they provide? Is it a set list of food that you can have or a weekly set menu with recipe that u got to cook at home? I'm not really much of a cook Thanks |

Re: Question about food
Hi Curlygirl
That post is very helpful. Over and above that I can tell you that you are give a list of proteins and fruit and vegetables that you can eat. I'm actually quite a fussy eater but find it very easy to eat something I like on this program. So there are no preprepared meals and you can buy everything yourself at the supermarket and cook everything yourself. It's quite simple really..... as long as you're prepared and dedicated! Hope this helps.... |
