Smile Hello, I'm new to Cohen's and forums

Hello, I'm new to Cohen's and forums

I have tried most diets or weight loss programs on the market. Weight watchers, Redutil, Soups and of course shakes. Yes, they did worked at the start but once i would stop the weight creped back on, plus a little more.

...I have been told i have a hormone in-balance and after reading all the different forums and testimonials on the web site i thought YES!!! this is for me. I have 55kg to lose.. and i can't wait. I have booked a cruise for NYE so this is my goal!!

I can't wait to be buying clothes straight off the shelf. But to be honest the most important thing i am looking forward to is one day become a mummy!!!

Good luck to all who have just started out on the program and Congratulations to all who have completed the program.

Yours in Health & Happiness,

Hi again Nellie

That is fantastic - roll on Tuesday! In the meantime ask as many questions as you like - we are here to help!!

And make sure you read this thread if you haven't already, to help you with your first few days and it clarifies a few things
http://newyouforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6032

Which clinic are you with?

If you feel like sharing, we would love to know a bit more about you - where you are from, do you have kids etc. but only as much as you are comfortable with (it took me about 8 weeks to post photos )

My tip for Tuesday - be as organised as you can (pre-weigh everything), make sure you get your water in (2 to 3 litres - some people have a problem with more water than that so bear that in mind) and try to clear your diary of anything stressful. But once you are through detox you really, truly will find it easy. I can't believe how easily and quickly I have lost 17.6kg - this is an amazing program that gives you the tools to be slim for life - yay!!!

Hi Nellie,

Welcome aboard - sorry, but I seem to have helped to take your diary "off-track" (which can be kinda fun - but I just noticed I hadn't even said "Hi" to you ) So, Hi - and "good choice" on choosing to be here...

You'll love this - with or without spurs

Koh

Hi Nellie!

Welcome to the forum!! And to Cohens! Goodluck with your big start tomorrow.

My advice, as has already been mentioned, is to be as organised as you can at first. And also... to keep it simple. Just so you can 'get into it. And do keep up the water, and I would definately recommend the full 3 L... and at the very beginning it is super important, as it flushes all of the toxins out of your body and helps you get out of the detox as soon as possible

You'll do great!

Missy

Hey Nellie,
Welcome aboard...and as for the kicking stuff - they always end it with a bandaid and a hug so it is completely palatable! (and oh so needed)
This is a great community you have just found so plug in regularly, post a lot into other's diaries and you will find all of a sudden everyone starts talking to you (it took me a bit of time to work that out - until Koh so kindly told me what to do as I was on the brink of wondering what was wrong with me)
Go well

Hey Nellie

I went to school in Cairns

And if we haven't scared you off with our hijacking of your diary, you will fit in here quite nicely

How old are you (haha - get used to blunt questions!!) and hope you are on some good contraception cos you know Cohens increases fertility don't you???

HI Jlou- I'm 29 years old in a couple of weeks. I did read that somewhere or my consultant did advise that the program with increase fertility. Just have to be really carefully would rather loss weight and get healthy ...then become pregnant and be unhealthy and over weight.

I'm finding the program a lot easier than i thought.. Had a work dinner meeting tonight... so instead of eating their food, i made my before hand and took it with me. I was so worried about everyone making a big deal out of it but no one even asked!!!
Strange how the mind works!!!

Shuki- being my first forum i am finding out slowly how it all works. But do find it very supportive!!
