I was on here a few yrs ago n succesfully lost 45kg in 6 months. then i fell pregnant with my 5th n last child.. happy as this was. the weight i have regained isnt. i,m 15/20kg over my goal weight n was wondering if it was possible to do it over again?? I still have my program n i know that my hormones would be a bit out now but there is no longer anyone in our small town that does the blood tests the local clinic wont accept it.. so i guess what i,m asking is ------- can i still follow the old prgram that i so loved and has anyone else done so/?????

Hey guys I'm starting again aswell (on my old program) it's only been day 2 and going through those struggling craving phase but I shall conquer on! Lets do dis people!!

I am on Arnold programme, just started day three and so far I feel fine, no hunger and no craving, actually feeling very in control which is great, did weigh myself this morning after days and there was a nice drop on the scales as well, so as far as I can see something is working already .
