Default Hello from Perth

Hi

I started Cohens on 20th September last year and have now only posted for the first time - 4 and half months later! Reading all the support on this site makes me regret not posting earlier as I think my journey would have been different if I had. I have struggled since Christmas and would love to chat and share this amazing experience that is Cohens. I like many of you have tried everything!

Cheers
Rocky

Hi Rocky ... this forum provides amazing support and encouragement. I've just been through the longest weight plateau evaaaaarrgghh and the positive and supportive words in my diary helped me not lose hope!

I look forward to sharing our cohen's experiences along the way - if you add a ticker it helps you see where you've come from and how close that end goal keeps getting.

Welcome Rocky to the most awesome forum ever! This forum was the final straw on the camels back for me which made my decision to go onto Cohen. I have been on numerous diet plans before but always lacked the emotional support which this forum provides. We all are going through more or less the same things so it so nice to be able to relate with others and see what they did to overcome the obstacle. Can wait to read about your journey and get my inspiration from it!

Hey Rocky, in Perth as well, been on it 3 weeks, tonight for the first ever, I nearly forgot to eat and I panicked I would ruin my diet. In this short time I have not made food priority, I have learn't how to deal with my wicked ways, and fully believe in this program!
You can do this! Just come on here and look for us, there is always someone to get you through, the most positive bunch of people ever!!!
