Hi all, as I am new it would be really good to talk to some others who are either new or experts on the programme. A support network is always good if anyone is interested.

Cheers

Hi Shorti,

I have a glass or can of sprite zero with dinner or soon after and I find that actually helps with the hunger as well. The hunger does pass

Day 1 is nearly done and dusted so well done!!

xx

The hunger goes pretty quickly - you will be amazed! Violets suggestion of a sprite zero (or other approved softdrink) is a good idea - I always have a can of coke zero with lunch as it fills me for the whole afternoon.

Good on you for getting through day one - I hope day two goes well for you as well!
